ArtsConnect’s ArtsCalendar is a work in progress. Presently, we are working with a small group of arts organizations from across the Tri-Cities to develop the ArtsCalendar before we open up submissions from all arts organizations and we are not accepting direct submissions at this time. If your organization is interested in joining the ArtsCalendar in the future, please email your name, address, and a brief description of your organization to: [email protected]
This resource has been made possible through the financial support of ArtsConnect’s members. If you would like to support the further development, please consider becoming a member here: Membership

TOTAL GADJO
Open Air Performance Series
From July 7th – August 29th, 2025 join us for a free, 1-hour performance every Monday to Friday at 6PM as part of our Open Air Performance Series. By expanding our arts experiences into Town Centre Park, we hope these events will excite our patrons and introduce us to new faces and Lake Lafarge lovers alike. Grab your picnic basket and enjoy a free professional concert in the park!
The Evergreen Cultural Centre Society is supported by Port Coquitlam Community Foundation Theatre Society Legacy Fund.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Total Gadjo is the singer and guitarist Petcho of the Slavic Folk Punks Total Gadjos. Total Gadjos are Gogol Bordello, Nick Cave, and Tom Waits jamming in a refugee camp. Formed by Slavic immigrant/singer/songwriter and guitarist Petcho Joch, the Slavic Folk Punks Total Gadjos do for Slavic Folk what Gogol Bordello does for Romani music and The Pogues for Irish/Celtic Folk. They rev it up to punk speed and power while maintaining the melodic sense of the original sound and use the accordion, sax, trumpet, clarinet, and violin for Slavic Folk authenticity.
Total Gadjos was the pre-show artist for the sold-out Goran Bregovic Wedding and Funeral Orchestra show at Jack Singer Hall in Calgary. They opened for Lemon Bucket Orkestra at Gateway (Calgary) and for Art Bergmann at Fences Down Festival (Calgary). The Gadjos played another sold-out show with Plaid Tongued Devils at Ironwood Stage & Grill (Calgary) and with Wax Mannequin in Salmon Arm, BC.
