ArtsConnect’s ArtsCalendar is a work in progress. Presently, we are working with a small group of arts organizations from across the Tri-Cities to develop the ArtsCalendar before we open up submissions from all arts organizations and we are not accepting direct submissions at this time. Mail Art Workshop
Come by the hatchery to join other community members and our volunteers in making mail art! This free postcard making workshop will be led by Mariia Semenova, an Emily Carr University Interaction Design student. Pick a prompt or someone else’s postcard, add your own take on it, and leave it for the next person to add to it, like telephone!
Leave your email to see the final pieces, which may also be displayed in Mariia’s grad exhibition at Emily Carr University, from May 13th to May 27th. All ages and art abilities are welcome to participate. No registration is required, and materials as well as light snacks will be provided.
