ArtsConnect’s ArtsCalendar is a work in progress. Presently, we are working with a small group of arts organizations from across the Tri-Cities to develop the ArtsCalendar before we open up submissions from all arts organizations and we are not accepting direct submissions at this time. If your organization is interested in joining the ArtsCalendar in the future, please email your name, address, and a brief description of your organization to: [email protected]
This resource has been made possible through the financial support of ArtsConnect’s members. If you would like to support the further development, please consider becoming a member here: Membership
Open Air Performance Series: LittleFox

Led by songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Alison Jenkins, LittleFox is reinventing Chamber Folk, blending roots-y banjo, fiddle, and mandolin with haunting strings, woodwinds, and pedal steel guitar. Layered atop lush harmonies, Jenkins’ vocals alternate between whiskey-soaked and angelic in the space of a heartbeat.
While her recordings are an intimate showcase of Jenkins’s songwriting prowess, LittleFox’s live shows bring unmatched passion and energy to any stage, whether they’re performing as a solo act, the 5-piece version, or even the 10-piece MegaFox Orchestra.
Since 2021, LittleFox has been lucky enough to perform at some of Vancouver’s most beloved venues, including The Heatley, The Painted Ship, Water Street Cafe, and Gastown’s Guilt & Co. They have also appeared at the White Rock Blues Festival, Khatsahlano Street Party, Galiano Island’s Yellowhouse Arts Centre, Gabriola Island’s Birdsong house concert series, and are regular performers at Persephone Brewing on the Sunshine Coast.
Her singles and EPs are available on Bandcamp at https://littlefox604.bandcamp.com/
