Topics covered will include how to do basic stitches\, hand sewing\, how to read and adjust sewing patterns to your needs\, and you will then use these techniques to make a small fish ornament to take home. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring in fabric or old clothing they want to use\, but fabric and all other materials will also be provided\, along with access to digital sewing patterns. \nRegistration Required. $10 Per Person. \nRegister Here \nOur Senior in Residence programs is made possible by the New Horizons for Seniors Program which grants funding for projects that make a difference in the lives of seniors and their communities.
