DESCRIPTION:Join us for Artful Pints – a monthly art night hosted by PoMoArts! Each month features a different hands-on art project led by local artists. Whether you’re a seasoned creative or just in it for the fun\, you’ll leave with something uniquely yours – and maybe a new favorite beer\, too. All materials provided. Just bring yourself and your imagination! Hosted the first Wednesday of every month at The Parkside Brewery. \nBecome a self-published writer and illustrator in this Zine-Making Workshop! In this workshop\, you’ll design and illustrate your own mini zine—from cover to content—and leave with a one-of-a-kind booklet to share or keep! This workshop will be led by local illustrator\, Camila Szefler. All supplies are included\, however you can bring any add-ons or inspiration you’d like from home. Drinks and snacks available to buy at Parkside Brewery. \nAbout the Instructor\nCamila Szefler is Canadian-Polish illustrator\, printmaker\, mixed media artist with a BFA from ECUAD who is also a current board member of Eart Hand Gleaners Society in Vancouver.
