ArtsConnect’s ArtsCalendar is a work in progress. Presently, we are working with a small group of arts organizations from across the Tri-Cities to develop the ArtsCalendar before we open up submissions from all arts organizations and we are not accepting direct submissions at this time. If your organization is interested in joining the ArtsCalendar in the future, please email your name, address, and a brief description of your organization to: [email protected]

This resource has been made possible through the financial support of ArtsConnect’s members. If you would like to support the further development, please consider becoming a member here: Membership

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

A multidisciplinary artist, Ghislaine started her career as a dancer and choreographer in Montreal where she completed a double BA in Contemporary Dance. After being cast as a dancer in STARMANIA, she fell in love with singing and has been pursuing it since. In Vancouver, she rekindled her love for la chanson française, and decided to introduce Beautiful British Columbia to the beauty and poetry of french melodies. In 2023 she won French music contest , Pacifique en chanson as a Solo artist.  Ghislaine  has released a first EP “O Soleil” in 2021 and is currently writing her first Opera.

Ghislaine met flutist Sabrina while working on an artistic project with company Foolish Operations.

Sabrina was born in Hong Kong and began playing the flute at the age of 14. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electroacoustic Music and Composition from Simon Fraser University and an Artist Diploma in Flute Performance from the Vancouver Academy of Music.

A dedicated soloist and chamber musician based in Vancouver, Sabrina is the founder of the Moonlight Flute Quartet and performs as a flutist and piccolist with the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra. She also collaborates with Foolish Operation as their resident musician.
