How long does it take to learn to love?
This show for all ages is heartwarming and poetic. Follow the journey of a vain porcelain rabbit named Edward Tulane who learns the true meaning of love through loss, hardship, and transformation. Edward begins an extraordinary journey across years and landscapes, passing through the hands of various owners. Is love worth the risk? And how long does is take to learn to love?
RCTC is proud to present a Relaxed Performance for “The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane” on Saturday March 21st at 7:30pm. Sometimes called “sensory friendly performances”, these performances are designed to make theatre more welcoming for audience members who live with autism spectrum disorder, sensory, communication or other intellectual challenges. Relaxed Performances are also excellent for anyone with babes in arms or toddlers. What to expect during a Relaxed Performance:
- Sound and lighting cues are adjusted to be less intense;
- exiting and entering the auditorium is allowed at any time;
- auditorium lights are never fully turned off;

audience noise, movement and even the use of phones or other “fidget devices” are tolerated.
